Anodyne Medicare Service Documentation

The Anodyne Medicare Documentation Program is a comprehensive system, integrated with our web and app based ordering systems, which procures and produces the documentation required by the Medicare Therapeutic Shoes for Persons with Diabetes program.

The process begins with in-person fitting, shoe selection, submission of shoe and diabetic insert order, and providing patient demographic information and certifying physician contact information.

The Anodyne documentation procurement team reaches out to the certifying physician to procure a signed statement of certification, diabetes and foot exam notes, and prescription.  When received, the team ensures the documents are within the appropriate dates and satisfy Medicare requirements - then and only then - the shoe and insert order is processed and shipping.  Suppliers can track the progress of the documentation procurement in real time in their patient tracker within our HIPAA secured portal.

The system aids suppliers in documenting the in-person dispensing visit, furnishing of Medicare Supplier Standards, and documenting the proof of delivery.
